Do you offer custom or personalized items?
Yes! Most of our items are customizable. You may be able to choose names, colors, charms, or design details depending on the product. Items labeled Custom Vibe 🌴💯 indicate a custom or made-to-order product.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Our product photos are examples of style and design. Because items are handmade and charm availability may vary, your item may differ slightly from the photo. Rest assured, the overall vibe, quality, and care will always remain the same.
How long does it take to make my order?
Most items are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. Shipping time is separate and determined by the carrier (UPS) after your order has shipped.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many items are custom or made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may only be canceled or changed within a short time after placing the order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need assistance.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes! Local delivery is available within select miles. Simply choose Local Delivery at checkout to see if it’s available for your location. Local pickup may be available upon confirmation. Availability may vary.

Materials vary by product and may include acrylic, glass, metal components, beads, vinyl, or charms. Specific details will be listed on individual product pages whenever applicable.
