Shipping Availability

We currently ship to U.S. addresses ONLY, including all 50 states. International shipping is not available at this time.

 

Processing Time

  • All items are custom-made to order
  • Processing time is 5–10 business days (does not include shipping time)
  • Orders begin processing after payment is received and designs are approved (when applicable)

 

 

 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is NOT included in the item price
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on:
    • Item weight
    • Shipping method selected
    • Delivery location

Shipping Methods

We currently ship using:

  • USPS
  • UPS
    (Shipping carrier is selected at our discretion unless otherwise requested.)

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed
  • Custom Vibes on Demand is not responsible for carrier delays

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or remake

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not considered lost
  • Custom Vibes on Demand is not responsible for stolen packages
  • We recommend choosing a secure delivery location


Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please include photos of the item and packaging
  • Eligible items will be remade at no cost if damage occurred during transit
