Because all items are custom-made and personalized, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

❌ No Returns or Refunds

 

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
    • Personalized or custom items
    • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
    • Color variations due to screen differences
    • Design approval errors once confirmed

 

 

 

✅ Remakes for Errors

Your satisfaction matters 💕

We will remake your item at no cost if:

  • The personalization does not match the approved order details
  • There is a production error made by Custom Vibes on Demand
  • The item arrives damaged or defective

🕒 Reporting an Issue

To qualify for a remake:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order number

 

🚫 What Does NOT Qualify for a Remake

  • Change of mind
  • Misspellings provided by the customer
  • Style or design dissatisfaction after approval
  • Normal wear and tear

 

🎨 Design Approval

  • Proofs are provided when applicable
  • Once a design is approved, it is considered final
  • Production begins immediately after approval
